JULIET SAUNDERS


Juliet’s health and fitness career spans 23 years, across Australia, the UK and New Zealand. She began as a professional dancer in NZ and Australia and has since worked as a professional fitness coach, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor including training with Johnny G and the Schwinn indoor Cycling Programs. She has worked for Harper’s in Melbourne, Les Mills International, and the Flagship studios of Holmes Place & Cannons Health Club in London.

Her broad base of knowledge, experience, and dedication and commitment to her clients gives them life-changing body awareness, allowing them to achieve results in minimal time. Juliet’s current area of interest is in training women and their specific requirements through from their mid-40s into their 60s.
