NATASHA DE KLERK


Natasha qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2019 and has the privilege of being part of many of her client’s successful health and fitness journeys. Having worked in a few offices in her previous career, Natasha knows only too well the impact of being desk bound for 8 hours a day and the negative effects it can have on your body and posture. Natasha developed a passion for health and fitness in her late 20s after running her first half marathon in the UK.

Natasha believes that achieving your health and fitness goals is a journey – there are no short cuts! By making small changes, you begin to create good habits for life without rules and restrictions. To be successful, it is important to recognise that you will make mistakes along the way – and that is ok! Learn from them. Challenge yourself to be better. As long as you keep going, you are making progress. One step at a time. This is your journey. This is your life. This is your success!

Natasha loves helping her clients achieve their goals and empowering them with the knowledge and tools in order to be successful. She loves being that person that can help someone reach their true potential and that’s one of the reasons why she became a Personal Trainer. Having a positive impact on someone’s life is enough of a reward for her and keeps her motivated.

Natasha has a holistic view of health and fitness and strongly believes that physical health is equally as important as our mental health. Helping her clients be the best they can be is a priority for her. She understands the changes the body goes through at different stages of life and her fascination with how the body works had led her to start training as a Massage Therapist.

Competed in Figure Bodybuilding Competitions.

Conquered the Nevis Bungy Jump in Queenstown – the highest bungy jump in NZ!

Supported a client through a complete life transformation with a complete training and nutrition plan. The amazing success they achieved inspired them to become a Personal Trainer themselves.

Helped several clients achieve their weight loss goals by changing their mindsets on doing only cardio training and to actually include resistance training in their regimes.
