Tom specialises in strength and conditioning coaching. This is supported by his holistic nutrition plan which is why Tom's clients experience such success and satisfaction - It works!

Tom's superpower is in the wellness and mindset coaching he offers clients as part of his fitness package. His training sessions are short and intense, perfect for the busy individual with limited time. To make the most of these sessions, Tom dives into his clients lifestyle habits, chemical and postural imbalances. This all helps with developing a relevant and targeted training program especially for you. And he holds you to account!

Always a fan of fitness, Tom owned and ran a successful gym in Christchurch. These days, when he is not training clients, you will find him feeding the eels across the road in the Avon river with his 2 wee girls, Charlie and Grace. Now he and his partner, Abby are expecting another addition to their family very soon.

One thing you might not know about Tom, is that he is actually a qualified chef! If you see him in the gym, ask him how he cooks his mince.
