With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry and a life-long passion for helping people, Jen is a caring and versatile trainer who holds a genuine interest in wellbeing, passion for health and plenty of creative ways of achieving change for her clients. As well as the physical benefits of exercise, Jen is particularly interested in the positive effects that the right exercise has on mental health and wellbeing, in a broader sense.
With a passionate drive towards functionality, purpose and body awareness, Jen loves the diversity of gym-based exercise and enjoys the process of assisting individuals to address specific challenges they may be facing in their training.
A true coach, Jen loves to teach her clients, imparting them with skills and confidence to continue their lifelong journey to better health.
Jen believes there is no one size fits all and draws from a wide and varied knowledge base & experience; including yoga, CrossFit, strength training, powerlifting, animal flow and of course, mobility.
Jen is particularly passionate about sports-specific programming and has worked with a number of athletes in their pre and post seasons, which has included elements of recovery, prehab/rehab and preparation for ‘game day’.
Jen’s warmth & encouraging manner combined with her technique-focused coaching style means that she is particularly suited to anyone new or returning to the gym.
