WILLIE BROWN

With over 17 years of local and international experience working within the fitness industry, Willie has worked in a variety of roles. From providing one-on-one training, small group, corporate and sports team training, he is just as happy working in a gym or outside in the fresh air.

Willie believes in setting realistic and achievable goals and supports his clients every step of the way. He is a firm believer in empowering clients with the necessary skills and knowledge they need to continue their health and fitness journey on their own. His style is relaxed, but focused and caters to many different needs and abilities - whether you are looking for specific fitness improvements or simply a better quality of life. 

When Willie isn’t at work, he plays as many sports as he can - basketball, touch, cricket, badminton, indoor netball, tennis just to name a few.

  • Helped to start and run a local sport and mentoring programme for underprivileged children

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Willie has two great classes a week. Indoor Express: A 45-minute, high-energy class using various training methods, suitable for all fitness levels. Conditioning and Balance: A low-impact class focusing on conditioning, body weight exercises, balance, proprioception, and core strengthening, ideal for a gentle full-body workout.
